Color Matching Issue

Oh no, not another guy with a color management problem!  Afraid so.  I'm running Windows 10, Epson P800, and the latest versions of Lightroom, Photoshop, and Qimage.  I have been printing for a long time, and I think I understand color management pretty well.  I have printed the same photo with LR, PS, and Qimage on several different papers.  In all cases, I have color management turned off in the printer driver, and have selected the appropriate ICC profile to match the paper being used.  All of the prints look essentially the same, and none of them match to colors of the file.  I have recalibrated both of my monitors, and I am viewing the prints under an Ottlite that is daylight balanced.  (This was used as the light source for the photo of the print as well.)  Below are the file as exported from LR, and a photograph of the print.  It is not perfect, but it shows the color cast that I am trying to address.  I have been working at this all day, and I cannot find a way to print this image accurately.

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
